All Facility Hire Requests will be taken on a first come, first served basis.
Complete and signed Booking Request, including Rules and Regulations and full payment in full must be received. The booking request will be considered as confirmed when a written confirmation is sent out to the applicant.
The instructor must have contact details of the participants to inform parent/guardian should an accident occur.
Full course description including special requirements for the participant and/or facility and any pre-requisites before enrolling on the course.
The individual and/or company is required to have full comprehensive insurance coverage (Minimum HKD$20,000,000.00), including public liability and property damage.
Distribution of promotional literature and selling of equipment within ESF Educational Services Limited [ESL] Sites is strictly forbidden. Your service(s) will be advertised in the individual ESL Site promotional literature. You may use the individual ESL Site name where your activity is being carried out in your personal promotional literature.
Activities carried out must not cause any competition with ESL programmes.
If children under the age of 5 are in the participating group, a responsible adult must be present at all times.
All facilities may be previewed before making a booking request when the facility is not in use. Please mailto: facilities.booking@esf.org.hk to arrange preview access to the facility.
Rental facilities must be used for the purpose stated on the booking request. The applicant assumes all responsibility for the conduct of the group using the facility and shall be held liable for any and all damaged incurred during the use period. Under no circumstances is sub-letting permissible.
No refunds under any circumstances, including inclement weather conditions. ESF Educational Services Ltd. – South Island School will be closed on RED, BLACK Storm warnings or the hoisting of the number 8 Typhoon signal is issued. The facility will reopen 2 hours after signals and warnings have been lowered unless there is damage to the facility which is deemed dangerous by ESF Educational Services Ltd. – South Island School's employees. In such cases no refund or credit letter will be provided.
Please note: your time includes set-up and exiting the Sports facility/field.
Please respect other users and their booking times.
There is no parking available at ESF Educational Services Ltd. – South Island School.
Absolutely no smoking, food, chewing gum or drinks at any venue. Only water is permissible at all Sports Facilities.
Possession, consumption or distribution of alcohol is strictly prohibited.
There are no lockers available at the changing facilities therefore; all personal belongings are the responsibility of individual users. ESL accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to personal belongings of individual users, or for any injuries sustained while participating.
Any breach of the rules and regulations will result in the activity/programme being immediately cancelled without prior notice or refund.
